  • Inspection: Check the power cord, plug, and switch for damage. Verify that the stirring and homogenizing systems run smoothly without abnormal noise.

(2) Weekly Maintenance

  • Lubrication: Add food-grade lubricating oil to the rotating parts (e.g., bearings, gearboxes) according to the equipment manual. Avoid over-lubrication, which may contaminate materials.
