  • Vacuum Application: Gradually increase the vacuum level (avoid sudden high vacuum) to prevent material splashing. Monitor the vacuum gauge during operation—if pressure rises unexpectedly, stop and check for leaks.​
  • Speed Control: Start the homogenizer at a low speed, then gradually increase to the target speed (high-speed operation should not exceed the recommended duration to prevent overheating of the motor).​
