3.1 Vacuum Deaeration for Premium Texture

Equipped with a high-efficiency vacuum pump that removes air bubbles from the mixture during homogenization. 3.3 Precise Temperature Management​

Jacketed mixing tank with dual heating/cooling systems:​

Heating: Gently melts waxes (e.g., beeswax, cetyl alcohol) and dissolves oil-phase ingredients without overheating (avoids nutrient loss in natural face creams).​

Cooling: Rapidly cools the emulsion to 35–45°C before adding heat-sensitive additives (e.g., preservatives, fragrances), ensuring ingredient stability.​

3.4 Hygienic & Durable Construction​

All material-contact parts (tank, agitators, homogenizing head) are made of 316L stainless steel with a polished inner wall (Ra ≤ 0.6μm), preventing material residue and facilitating thorough cleaning (complies with GMP cosmetic standards).​

Food-grade silicone seals and gaskets (resistant to cosmetic raw materials like oils and surfactants) prevent leakage and cross-contamination between batches.​
