Product Description

The 3000RPM Cosmetic Shampoo Vacuum Emulsifying Homogenizer Mixer is designed for the production of various paste and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. It specializes in creating stable emulsions, creams, milk, gels, balms, lotions, ointments, and toothpastes with extremely small particles for chemical, cosmetics, and food applications.

Working Principle

The vacuum emulsifying mixer machine consists of multiple integrated systems:

Water and Oil pot
Main emulsifying tank
Vacuum system
Tilting discharge system
Hydraulic lifting system
Mixing system
Homogenizer system
Heating/Cooling system

Materials in the water-phase and oil-phase tanks are heated and stirred before being transferred to the emulsifying tank by vacuum pump. The central paddle and PTFE scraper thoroughly mix materials while pushing them to the high-speed emulsifier, creating particles between 200nm - 2um. The vacuum system removes bubbles during processing.
