The 150L Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifying Mixer is designed for small batch production of various paste and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. It specializes in creating stable emulsions with extremely small particles, ideal for creams, lotions, gels, balms, ointments, and similar products.

Working Principle

The vacuum emulsifying mixer integrates multiple systems including:

Water and Oil pots
Main emulsifying tank
Vacuum system
Tilting discharge system
Hydraulic lifting system
Mixing and Homogenizer systems
Heating/Cooling system

Materials are heated and stirred in separate tanks before being transferred to the emulsifying tank via vacuum pump. The combination of central paddle stirring, wall scraping, and high-speed homogenization creates particles between 200nm - 2um while maintaining vacuum conditions to remove bubbles.
