The 10L Laboratory High Shear Mixer is designed for producing stable emulsions, creams, milk, gels, balms, lotions, ointments, and toothpastes with extremely small particles. Ideal for chemical, cosmetics, and food industries, this machine is perfect for cosmetic factories and pharmaceutical facilities requiring precise homogenization.

Working Principle

Materials in the water-phase and oil-phase tanks are heated and stirred before being transferred to the emulsifying tank via vacuum pump. The central paddle and PTFE scraper thoroughly mix the materials while pushing them down to the high-speed emulsifier. This process creates particles between 200nm - 2um while vacuum conditions remove any bubbles.
