Product Description

This industrial vacuum emulsifier mixer is specifically designed for the production of stable emulsions, creams, milk, gels, balms, lotions, ointments, and toothpastes with extremely small particles (200nm - 2um). Ideal for chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

Working Principle

The machine operates by heating and stirring materials in separate water-phase and oil-phase tanks. After thorough mixing, materials are transferred to the emulsifying tank via vacuum pump. The central paddle and PTFE scraper ensure complete mixing while pushing material to the high-speed emulsifier, which cuts, shears, and cracks particles to the desired micron size.
