The process begins with heating and mixing water and oil phases using propeller impellers. Emulsification occurs when these phases are combined, followed by continuous mixing for homogenization. The final product is then cooled while stirring.
Our systems can be customized with different mixer combinations (disperser, emulsifier, mixer) based on production requirements and material properties. Additional features like suction and heating can be tailored to specific needs.
Preheated materials from water and oil containers are vacuum-transferred to the emulsification container. An intermediate stirrer and Teflon scraper ensure complete mixing while removing wall residue. The final product is processed with high-speed blades for optimal cutting and concentration.
