High speed disperser with powerful mixing and dispersion capabilities for viscous materials. Effectively dissolves solid and liquid raw materials, including hard-to-dissolve substances like AES, AESA, and LSA during liquid production, reducing energy consumption and shortening production cycles.

Features a stepless timing device that minimizes bubble formation under low temperature and high viscosity conditions, producing superior liquid washing products. Finished products can be discharged via disc-valve or transfer pump, suitable for all liquid wash products.

The all-around wall scraping mixing system uses a frequency converter for speed adjustment, enabling production of high-quality products for different processes according to customer requirements.

The diversified high-speed homogenizer powerfully mixes solid and liquid raw materials and rapidly dissolves many indissoluble materials such as AES, AESA, LSA, etc. during liquid detergent production.

The pot body is welded from imported three-layer stainless steel plate, with mirror-polished tank body and pipes that fully conform to GMP requirements. The tank can be equipped with heating and cooling systems (steam or electric heating) as per customer requirements.
